Delivery

Delivery Details

  • Wine Club packages will be sent out from the winery in the third week of each month. All Wine Club shipments are sold and shipped directly by the participating winery.
  • Currently, participating wineries work primarily with Canada Post and ATS Healthcare. However, wineries may choose to ship by alternate carriers at their discretion (ie. Loomis, Timax, FedEx, etc.). If you prefer Canada Post over couriers, please contact us to request Canada Post shipping each month.
  • Wine Club shipments can be delivered to your home or office, as long as they are received and signed for by an individual at least 19 years of age.
  • Unless you advise otherwise, subscriptions begin on the 15th of each month.

Delivery Attempts

Different carriers implement different protocols if you are unavailable when they try to deliver your package.

Canada Post will normally leave a delivery notice with the time of attempted delivery and the address of a nearby postal depot where you can pick up your package.

ATS Healthcare will attempt to deliver your package once. On the first attempt, they will leave a delivery notice stating the phone number of your nearest carrier outlet to contact to arrange a second delivery. A representative from ATS Healthcare may attempt to contact you to arrange delivery and your package will be held until they are advised as such.

Please help to alleviate delivery issues by ensuring somebody will be home to receive the package or by having it delivered to your place of work. Business addresses are strongly recommended to avoid delivery issues. The customer is responsible for any additional shipment fees to redirect a package to a new address and/or attempts to redeliver a package multiple times.

If you would like to inquire about delivery options, please email us at info@wineclub.ca or call us toll-free at 1 (888) 892-8812 and we will be happy to help you.

Government Regulations

The legal drinking age varies in the provinces and territories of Canada. Across Canada, alcohol can only be delivered to an individual who is of the legal drinking age in the place that they are located and who is not intoxicated. In order to confirm this, the delivery agent may require that you present government-issued identification proving your identity and age.
