Rosewood Estates Winery & Meadery is located on the Beamsville Bench along the Niagara Escarpment. Owned and operated by a mutli-generational beekeeping family, Rosewood is proud to produce 100% VQA Ontario wines. Focusing on crafting honest low-intervention wine and innovative mead that reflect the local terroir, Rosewood captures the expression of each vintage and allows the wine to tell its own story.

Nose: A touch of sulphur on the nose that gives way to apple and citrus notes.
Palate: Effervescent, light- to medium-bodied, dry, apple and grapefruit zest flavours. Drink now.
Quality: 89 points – Wine Club Canada. Very Good+. Drink now. Under a crown cap, be careful opening (have cloth handy!)
Food Pairing: Chicken curry with coconut rice, grilled salmon with lemon-butter broccolini, pad Thai with tofu, spicy seafood paella, and quinoa tabbouleh served with pitas and hummus.
