Collab Wine & Beverage

Collab Wine & Beverage, based in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, represents a modern and collaborative approach to Canadian craft beverage production. Rather than operating as a traditional single-brand winery, Collab functions as a creative collective—bringing together a group of passionate winemakers, cider makers, and beverage innovators under one shared platform to develop and showcase their own distinctive labels.

Founded with the idea that great beverages often emerge from collaboration and experimentation, Collab provides a space where industry professionals can create small-batch wines and craft beverages without the traditional barriers of launching an independent winery. By sharing production facilities, expertise, and resources, each maker is able to focus on their individual vision while benefiting from a supportive and creative community.

The result is a diverse and evolving portfolio of Canadian beverages, ranging from expressive Niagara wines to ciders, perry, sparkling wines, and experimental styles like piquette and skin-fermented whites. Each brand within the Collab portfolio carries its own personality and winemaking philosophy, yet all share a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and the character of Ontario’s Niagara region.

Operating primarily as a virtual marketplace, Collab allows consumers to explore a wide range of small-batch creations in one place. This structure not only empowers emerging producers to bring their ideas to life, but also offers drinkers the opportunity to discover unique, locally crafted beverages that reflect the creativity and passion of the people behind them.

At its core, Collab Wine & Beverage is a celebration of innovation, community, and the evolving spirit of Canadian craft drinks—where collaboration becomes the foundation for new ideas, new brands, and new expressions of Niagara’s vibrant beverage culture.
