Stonebridge Winery

Stonebridge Vineyards is a premium boutique winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. It expanded significantly in 2021 by taking over the historic Lailey Winery estate. This move gave the brand a physical tasting room along the scenic Niagara River Parkway.

The 40-acre estate focuses on low-yield, top-tier grapes like Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Led by winemakers Peter Gamble and Ann Sperling, the vineyard uses low-intervention, wild-fermentation techniques.

Stonebridge is famous for small-batch, single-vineyard releases and artisanal barrel-aged bottles. They patiently cellar their premium reds, whites, and sparkling wines before release.
