Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, apple and green pineapple flavours with well-integrated oak. Well-structured with fresh acidity and great length.

Food Pairing: Sweet potato and salmon cakes, white bean dip with pine nuts, sautéed corn with garlic brown butter, fried rice with Dungeness crab, and slow-roasted pork shoulder with buttered greens.
