Nose: Toasty, minerally, apple bouquet.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, apple and green pineapple flavours with well-integrated oak. Well-structured with fresh acidity and great length.
Quality: Outstanding. Drink now and through 2022.
Critic Rating: 91 points - Tony Aspler
Food Pairing: Sweet potato and salmon cakes, white bean dip with pine nuts, sautéed corn with garlic brown butter, fried rice with Dungeness crab, and slow-roasted pork shoulder with buttered greens.

Nose: Cedary, spicy, plum, vanilla, and tobacco leaf.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, raisin-y, plum and blackberry flavours carried on racy acidity; rich mouth-feel.
Quality: Very Good+ to Outstanding. Can be consumed now, but hold a year for the bouquet to develop.

Food Pairing: French dip sandwich, strawberry turnovers, grilled rack of lamb with ratatouille, refried bean quesadillas with jalapeños, and mushroom-stuffed meatloaf.

Appearance: Bright, medium straw colour.
Nose: Aromatic, spicy, lychee, rose petal and ginger on the nose.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, honeysuckle and peach flavours; elegant and lingering. A beautifully balanced wine.
Quality: Outstanding. Drink now, but save some for the summer.

Food Pairing: Scallop ceviche with toasted coconut and passionfruit, fish and chips with apple and pear slaw, ham and potato soup, polenta with black truffle and parmesan, and steamed clams with parsnips.

Food Pairing: Beetroot and squash wellington with kale pesto, seared duck with pickled red cabbage, lobster roll, beef carpaccio with truffle vinaigrette, and turkey and spinach meatballs.

Nose: Cedary, spicy, toasty, tobacco leaf, black plum bouquet with a floral top note.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied, dry, plum and raisin flavours with a dark chocolate finish. Rich and full on the palate.
Quality: Outstanding. Can be consumed now, but will evolve nicely in 1-2 years.

Food Pairing: Tuscan steak with sun-dried tomatoes, pesto pizza with artichokes and prosciutto, butternut squash tamales, miso curry stir-fry with chicken and green beans, and sweet and spicy BBQ pork.

Nose: Rose and lychee up front, white flowers and jasmine, tropical fruits of pineapple and papaya, orange and lime citrus.
Palate: Medium acid, medium- body. Gorgeous flavours of rose, lychee, light citrus, and tropical fruit. Hint of clove. Medium length finish with a touch of baking spice.
Quality: Outstanding. 90 points. Perfectly balanced, elegant and sophisticated.
Food Pairing: Shrimp tempura roll, chicken biryani with yogurt sauce, creamy spaghetti squash with spinach and ricotta, baked apple crumble, and baked brie with mango and ginger chutney.
