Their winemaking process is deeply rooted in the nature of the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, carefully selecting grape varieties that best suit each site. Nose: Slightly grassy, green plum bouquet with a touch of oak spice.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, gooseberry and green plum flavour with fresh acidity; well-balanced with a long finish.

Food Pairing: Pan-fried scallops with herbs, pasta primavera with yellow squash and zucchini, baked sole with fresh herbs and goat cheese, chicken and artichoke pizza, and fried soft shell crab on brioche.

Quality: Outstanding. Drinking well now, but would hold for 2 – 3 years.

Quality: Very Good+ to Outstanding depending on cellaring. Hold 1 – 2 years.

Palate: Medium acid, medium body. Lovely texture and mouthfeel. White peach, tropical fruit notes, lemon and lime citrus. Fresh and vibrant, well balanced. Fruit forward with a surprisingly lingering finish.
Quality: Very Good+. 89 points. Lovely. Drinking well now.

Palate: Full-bodied, dry, richly extracted, savoury, blackberry flavour with a note of black olives and a peppery finish. A beautifully balanced wine. Lovely mouthfeel. Ripe and pillow-y tannins.
Quality: Outstanding. Drink now, but can be held for two years.
