We feature one Canadian winery a month, twelve a year, so a client on a standing gift list is never getting the same bottle twice. A corporate gift basket is a one-time delivery. A gift subscription runs three, six, or twelve months, for clients or team members you want to stay in front of all year.

Each box centres on that month's featured VQA winery, with tasting notes and food-pairing suggestions written for people who couldn't tell a Riesling from a Chardonnay. Recent boxes have come from Bench 1775 Winery in BC's Okanagan Valley and Reif Estate Winery in Niagara, producers most recipients have never had poured for them before. Pick red, white, or a mix. Some boxes go out for one specific thing: closing a deal, thanking a client who renewed early, wrapping a good fiscal year. Others mark something smaller: a five-year work anniversary, a new hire's first quarter, a team that hit a target nobody expected them to hit.

Every box ships with a blank card, so you can write your own note without us slapping a logo on the shipping box. Corporate holiday orders spike every December, understandably, but nothing about this collection is seasonal by design. Order it in March for the same reason you'd order it in December.

Bulk orders and delivery deadlines

Corporate gifts ship alongside our regular wine club boxes, around the 15th of each month, and the featured winery handles shipping, usually through Canada Post, ATS Healthcare, or GLS depending on where the recipient lives. Someone 19 or older needs to be home to sign.

Place your order before the 15th of the month ahead of when you need it, and delivery should land on schedule. Bulk pricing is per order, not off a published chart, so a list of five names and a list of two hundred get different answers. December books up first. If this is for a holiday list, the earlier you reach out, the more likely we can still hit your dates.

A one-time gift or a standing subscription

A one-time basket covers a single moment: a closed deal, a holiday card, a thank-you that needed to be more than an email. A subscription covers the fact that you'll need to do this again in six months and would rather not start from zero every time.

Set one up once and it runs quietly in the background: a bottle from a different confirmed Canadian winery landing on someone's desk on whatever schedule you choose, for as long as you want it running. Both options ship the same way and get the same tasting notes. The only difference is which problem you're solving: today's, or next year's too.

What corporate gift ideas do you offer?

Two ways: a one-time gift basket for a single occasion, or a gift subscription that keeps going for months at a time. See the sections above for what's in each box and how the two options differ.

Does everyone on the list get the same wine, or can it vary by person?

By default, everyone gets that month's featured winery, so a fifty-person list all opens the same bottle around the same week. If you need different wineries for different people, mention it when you order. We can place it as a few smaller orders instead of one batch.

Can we add custom branding to a corporate gift?

Not on the box exterior, no (see the card note above). Inside, that note can carry your own message or be signed from your company or team, whichever fits the occasion.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

Can I schedule a corporate gift for a specific date, like a holiday or an event?

Not to an exact day, no. Gifts ship on our regular monthly schedule, around the 15th. If timing matters, get your order in ahead of the cutoff (see the deadlines above) and we'll do what we can, but the exact delivery day depends on the carrier once it leaves the winery.
