FAQ

Is this a subscription?

Yes! This is a subscription charged automatically once a month. We will process your initial payment on the day you order and all recurring payments will be processed on the 15th of the month.

Who selects the wines

Each month, our team of expert wine curators handpicks selections from a different Canadian winery. We focus on showcasing high-quality wines from small, independent producers for a unique tasting experience every time.

Do you only deliver Canadian wines?

Yes! We believe Canada has amazing wines. We only partner with wineries in Canada and this includes different regions from BC’s Okanagan Valley to Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley.

Are shipping and taxes included?

Subscription fees are inclusive of taxes. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

How do I manage my subscription?

Go to WineClub.ca and click on the My Account link. When you place your first order, we recommend creating an account. From here, you can adjust your subscription. You can change, pause, or cancel at any time.
