Wine Club Delivery Details

• Wine Club packages will be sent in the third week of each month. All shipments are shipped directly by the participating winery.
• Participating wineries work primarily with Canada Post, ATS Healthcare, and GLS. However, wineries may choose to ship by alternate carriers at their discretion.
• Wine Club shipments can be delivered to your home or office, as long as they are received and signed for by an individual at least 19 years of age.

Wine Club Delivery Attempts

• Unless you advise otherwise, subscriptions and gifts begin on the 15th of each month.
• Different carriers implement different protocols if you are unavailable when they try to deliver your package.
• Canada Post will normally leave a delivery notice with the time of attempted delivery and the address of a nearby postal depot where you can pick up your package.

Government Regulations

• The legal drinking age varies in the provinces and territories of Canada.
• Across Canada, alcohol can only be delivered to an individual who is of the legal drinking age in the place that they are located and who is not intoxicated.

Wine Club Shipping Destinations

• Whether or not a winery will ship to a given location is entirely decided by them.
• Subscription fees are inclusive of taxes. If your delivery address is in a remote region of Canada that incurs higher than usual shipping charges, you may be contacted to approve an additional monthly fee to cover the extra shipping costs.
