Collection: Wine Gift Box
A Wine Club Canada wine box holds real bottles from one small Canadian winery, not a hamper padded out with crackers and a candle. Every box carries the VQA seal, so you know it's genuinely Canadian the second you open it. Pick two, three, six or twelve bottles, add a gift note, and we handle the rest, from Niagara or the Okanagan straight to their door.

What's inside a Wine Club Canada gift box
Every box comes from one Canadian winery, selected for that particular month. Lately that's meant Moon Curser Vineyards out of Osoyoos in the South Okanagan, or Strewn Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake: small producers most people outside the wine world have never heard of, chosen by our panel of Canadian wine experts.
Each bottle carries the VQA seal, the official mark confirming it was grown and bottled in Canada under provincial rules. Boxes come in a few sizes, from a two-bottle starter up to a twelve-bottle case for someone who actually drinks wine, so pick whatever fits the person you're sending it to. Every one also ships with a printed tasting-note card that covers the wine, a food pairing, and a bit about the winery itself. The same lineup also shows up under our gift baskets collection, if that's the term you started your search with.
A one-time box vs a wine gift subscription
This collection is the one-time option: pick a box, pay once, and it ships. If the person you're buying for would rather get a Canadian wine delivery every month, our gift subscriptions handle that instead, prepaid for three, six or twelve months so nothing charges again after checkout.
A single box gets the full treatment too: a bottle count you choose, a tasting card, and a delivery date we confirm before it ships. It covers most one-time occasions: parents celebrating together, a work team hitting a milestone. It's one winery, still VQA-certified, just without the monthly commitment. If monthly sounds better, here's where to start instead.
Why a Wine Club Canada box beats a hamper
Most gift baskets spread the budget thin across extras and filler, with a single bottle of wine buried somewhere in the middle. A Wine Club Canada box does the opposite: one producer, in a real quantity, so the person opening it gets an actual sense of what that winery makes.
That single-winery focus is also why the VQA seal shows up on most of these bottles, the same seal mentioned above. An independent body issues it, separate from the winery that made the wine.
Choosing between red, white or mixed
Send red if that's what they already order at dinner, white if they're the crisp-patio-glass type, or the mixed box if you genuinely don't know. Most first-time senders pick mixed for exactly that reason, and it tends to work for almost any occasion.
Every option comes from that month's featured winery and ships the same way, with the same tasting-note card either way. The wine itself is the only thing that changes.
FAQs
What's included in your wine gift boxes?
A different small Canadian producer fills the box most months, chosen fresh each time rather than repeated. What's actually inside depends on timing more than choice, since the same winery doesn't come around twice in a year.
How are your wine gift boxes packaged?
Each bottle travels in sturdy, cushioned packaging built to keep it secure in transit. The outer box stays plain on the outside, so nothing about it announces what's inside.
Can I customize my wine gift box?
Yes. Choose red, white or a mix of both, and pick from two, three, six or twelve bottles depending on the box. Every order also has space for a short gift note, added free at checkout.
Can I send wine gifts anonymously?
You can. Choose your box, fill in the recipient's address, add a short message if you'd like, and leave your own name off it. Your own contact details stay off the package, so it arrives without giving away who sent it.
Can I send a wine gift box if I live in another province?
Yes, we ship to most of Canada. The carrier and any shipping cost depend on where the box is headed, so we confirm both at checkout rather than promise a number up front. Because it's alcohol, whoever signs for it has to meet the legal drinking age in their own province. See our shipping details for the full rundown.
When should I order wine gifts for special occasions?
Boxes generally ship with the rest of that month's wine club deliveries, around the middle of the month. Order a few weeks ahead of the date you need it, since an order placed late in the month may not make that shipment.
