Niagara Peninsula, Ontario
Lailey Winery, nestled along the Niagara River in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, is one of the region’s most respected boutique wineries, known for its innovative approach and deep commitment to expressing the unique terroir of the Niagara Peninsula. With roots dating back to the 1970s, Lailey was among the first wineries in the area to embrace sustainable viticulture and the use of indigenous yeasts for fermentation. Over the years, it has earned acclaim for its elegant Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and wines crafted from local hybrid varieties.
Following a change in ownership, Lailey Winery has renewed its dedication to natural, low-intervention winemaking, with a focus on authenticity and vineyard expression.
