Appearance: Unfiltered and unfined giving the wine a cloudy, straw-coloured appearance with lees at the base of the bottle.
Nose: A touch of sulphur on the nose that gives way to apple and citrus notes.
Palate: Effervescent, light- to medium-bodied, dry, apple and grapefruit zest flavours. Drink now.
Quality: 89 points - Wine Club Canada. Very Good+. Drink now. Under a crown cap, be careful opening (have cloth handy!)
Food Pairing: Chicken curry with coconut rice, grilled salmon with lemon-butter broccolini, pad Thai with tofu, spicy seafood paella, and quinoa tabbouleh served with pitas and hummus.

Nose: Toasty, plum bouquet with oak spice.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, good intensity of mid-palate fruit. Savoury, plum and cherry flavours with evident but ripe tannins on the finish.
Quality: 90 points - Wine Club Canada. Outstanding. Hold till 2023–24.
Food Pairing: Hamburger with chipotle mayo and caramelized red onions, pan-seared venison steak with oven-roasted vegetables, roasted pepper shakshuka, barbecued salmon with zucchini and corn, and chicken shawarma.

Food Pairing: Crab-stuffed flounder with herbed aioli, smothered chicken with roasted sweet potatoes, cherry tomato pasta, pulled pork quesadillas, and air-fried Buffalo cauliflower bites.

Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, well-extracted cinnamon-scented flavours of plum and blackcurrant with a firm tannic structure.

Food Pairing: Crispy slow-roasted pork belly, lamb gyros with tzatziki, ravioli with spinach, tofu and ricotta, sliced strip steak with arugula and parsley, and chicken marinated in soy sauce and citrus zest.
