Quality: Outstanding. 90 points.
Food Pairing: Sesame chicken with ginger-lime dressing, poached halibut in soy sauce with orange zest, radish salad with pumpkin seeds, shrimp cocktail, and pulled pork sandwiches with cabbage slaw.
