How do you choose the alcohol featured in your monthly subscription service?

With a combined 50 years of industry experience, our wine experts have an in-depth understanding of the Canadian alcohol landscape. They meticulously search coast to coast, selecting top-tier wineries with a special focus on award-winning, small-batch producers.

Each month, we partner with a different winery and work closely with their team to select six red and six white wines that best represent their craftsmanship, values, and mission—ensuring every bottle meets the highest quality standards.

Can I customize my alcohol subscription box to my preferences?

Absolutely! Our subscription boxes are fully customizable. Choose between red wine, white wine, or a mixed selection, and select the number of bottles per delivery.

All wine options are available in two-, three-, or six-bottle deliveries.
Mixed-wine memberships can also include full-case deliveries of 12 bottles.

This flexibility ensures your subscription aligns perfectly with your personal taste and drinking habits.

What is your cancellation policy for your monthly subscription services?

Managing your subscription is easy through our online membership portal. You can cancel, pause, or modify your plan at any time.

To process any changes for an upcoming delivery, requests must be submitted at least 10 days before shipping.
Since deliveries ship on the 15th of each month, cancellation or change requests must be made by the 5th of the month to avoid being charged.

How are your monthly subscription boxes shipped?

All alcohol subscription boxes include free shipping and are fulfilled by our featured winery of the month. Most partners ship via Canada Post, ATS Healthcare, or GLS, though alternative carriers may be used at their discretion.

Shipments go out on the 15th of each month.
Delivery times may vary based on the winery’s location and your address.
A legal adult (19+) must be present to receive and sign for the package.
